I expected a lot of the custom made mala, and I wondered if it would be feasible to catch all my wishes in just one jewel. But Tati succeeded! She understood my story and made me a mala I couldn’t describe myself. It is my precious jewel, supporting me to find my strengths again.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into as I had not ordered anything like this before but dealing with Tati was a pleasure from my first pre-sales enquiry, through several iterations where we went back and forth to agree the final design to the prompt dispatch of the finished mala. I would highly recommend this company.
It is worth mentioning that for someone in the UK, in the post-Brexit world, shipping will probably take longer than expected due to customs and should be allowed for - this is not the fault of the seller but allow some extra time if you want it by a specific date.
The package arrived in good condition, the finished product was just as i had imagined it would be, and they had included an extra gift which was both kind and unexpected.

From the beginning till the end it was pure magic... when I ordered my mala, Tati send an email with a thank you for the trust in her and her husband... What wishes you have for the mala, for your own, stones you would love to have in the mala,... and so much more... me and Tati had a few conversations true email, we immediately were on the same level... She was a complete stranger and it felt like I’ve known her for years... she immediately understood me, words can’t describe what she did for me, words fail when someone would ask me if i could describe her as a person, she is magic and so much more... it’s a very personal process, she even put a stone in the mala, one that I was looking for and she didn’t even knew that!
