We ship Worldwide including US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Most of Asia. We do make few exceptions with remote locations such as Islands etc. If your location is not automatically served in the checkout please send us an email and we might be able to help you with a unique solution.
All our products are designed, packed and shipped from Amsterdam in The Netherlands. We read every special request and we personally handle, pack, and send each order to you with our blessings and personal note.

We use established international couriers that offer fully Tracked Service. You will receive your track & trace code by email the minute your order is dispatched.
For some destinations (like the US/CAN) we offer low cost standard post option at checkout. Such affordable shipping options are suitable for small items such as jewelry and tend to be quick however since they are untracked the order is therefore not insured.
If a product you ordered is in stock, we normally pack and ship it within one day. In case of a handmade Mala or custom made item that needs to be made for you we need few extra work days to make it, communicate with you if needed, wrap it, and send it to you with love.
Yes of course. If you don't like a product you received you are free to return it or exchange it within 14 days as long as it arrives back to us unused and in its original packaging. More info on our return and exchange page.
Yes of course, once the return is complete and approved we will refund the exact product value with the same payment method you used to pay for it. If you wish to exchange with a different product we will gladly help you with that right away. Please mind that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
You might. But read on. Non EU customers are responsible for any customs or import duties in their own countries. As much as we would have like to we have no way of keeping track with such. We are not sure if customs in your country are done randomly or systematically but if there is any help you need from us just drop us a line. We will do our best. We are always happy to ship using an envelope and a post stamp if that is helpful.
From our personal experience, mailbox envelopes sent using postal services are usually exempted from customs/duties. We don't mind sending you small parcels in any way you like so feel free to email us your preference. Please mind of course that such post is untracked and therefore not insured.

Absolutely. Beyond the quality of our gems, we search high and low for the best quality beading materials. Not only that they are fair -trade and exceptionally strong (made in Germany), they are both Cruelty-free and Vegan as they are made from non-animal sources.
A lot. Manipura is committed to help Climate change as well as cleaning the Oceans. We partnered with Regreener to plant a new tree in Africa with each order on our site. More trees means more Oxygen, more life, more habitat for Animals, a healthier atmosphere and better climate. Also, we donate regularly to NGOs such as The Ocean Cleanup and Perfect World foundantions and raise awareness as to the states of our Oceans. It's the least we could do and we can do it because of you!
