Returns & Exchange Information
14- Day Easy Returns
If you received an item and you are not happy with it you are free to return it within 14 days.
The following conditions apply to any eligible return or exchange:
- All items must be unused in their original package with all original hangtags/packaging attached.
- Proof of payment must accompany the return (our receipt will do).
Once your return is received in its original shape, we will send you an email to confirm, and notify you whether it has been approved. If it is, then your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you purchased few items and enjoyed free shipping but later on returned few of them so that the value of the final order is below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be adjusted for the shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, kindly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, kindly contact your bank as there is in some cases some processing time before a refund is shown.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to help you on that.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your item, in accordance with the above, to: Baffinstraat 10-3, 1057SX, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In the case of exchanges, shipping costs may apply.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping to us
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Baffinstraat 10-3, 1057SX, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and other levies/customs when returning your item. Such costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original shipping as well as return customs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Our returns policy does not apply if you have refused delivery for any reason, and/or provided wrong address, and/or were absent during delivery and/or didn't follow up on courier pick up instruction. In any of these cases, refunds, where applicable, will be deducted with all shipping costs (to you and return) as well as other handling fees, customs and/or levies wherever they apply.
