Protection Gemstone Mala

This is one of the very first malas I ever made — back when this was just an idea, before it was a brand. The combination has stayed exactly the same ever since, because it never needed to change.

Jasper forms the base — warm and earthy, often described as a steadying stone, the kind that helps you keep going through stressful stretches without losing yourself. Amazonite runs through it in soft blue-green, associated with calm and with easier communication, especially around the things that matter. Smokey Quartz adds a grounding, brownish-grey note, often linked to absorbing stress before it builds up. The guru bead is a 5 Mukhi Rudraksha seed — a specific, naturally occurring variety, valued for its rarity.

It's also longer than most of our malas, hanging to approximately 76cm, so it sits lower and looser — which some people prefer for everyday wear.

Made from 108 beads in 8mm and 6mm sizes, finished with a 5 Mukhi Rudraksha guru bead, hanging to approximately 76cm. Handknotted by me, one knot at a time.
