Our Free worldwide shipping rate is always available, on any shopping value, as long as there are only Jewelry items in your cart. Since we use only envelopes in this option we cannot send anything bigger such as bottles.

This is a free service we offer our clients worldwide by using the regular post system. What we do in this option is carefully pack our Jewelry in a thick protective envelope, and then ship it using regular post service, much like sending a very important letter.
While being free, this method is untracked and uninsured, and therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for the product, its safety, or its arrival, after handing it over in our local post office.
There are few clear advantages for you as a client when we send in this way, mostly in terms of possible local customs/taxes. However, there are also risks so its important you are aware and make the decision that is best for you. This is why we always offer the choice of a trusted paid courier service.
If you choose one of our courier options its important to know the following:
We use only established couriers for shipping and always ship with Track & Trace service. We will do our utmost to stick to the time frame promised to send, but in case we cannot ship on time, we will contact you with a better estimate and offer you, beside our apology, a full and immediate refund if you wish.
For your convenience we offer you two tracked shipping options: A normal one and an Express one. Normal Tracked shipping are provided by established couriers (such as DHL or UPS etc) as more affordable options whereby the couriers use local post services for some parts of the way from us to you. This naturally slows down the process but it is a tracked service and therefore allows you to know exactly where your package is at any moment. If you want a reliable and affordable tracked service and don't mind waiting up to two weeks before getting it - go for this one.
Our Express shipping option is the premium option. Its the fastest and most reliable way you could get your parcel. We work with established air couriers, choosing their premium delivery services, utilising their own network 100% of the way. This is the most expensive air shipping option but also the most reliable and of course the fastest. If you want to make sure our package gets to you within few days - go for that one.
Please review your tracking number supplied to you via email to locate the whereabouts of your order. Orders can vary in arrival time - from date shipped - depending upon services selected.
Manipura is not responsible for cover local customs, duty, or import charges or any local fees. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges wherever they apply.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. We do all that we can on our side for your purchase to arrive as soon as possible. We believe that shipping service provider does the same. Please note: If there is a statutory holiday during the time your order is shipped, there will be delays as the shipping service may be closed.
Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if a tracking number is provided. Tracking numbers come with most purchased shipping and are provided via the confirmation e-mail after the order is shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items that do not have a tracking number or are in process with the courier or, in case it has been delivered, does not have a signature at delivery point.
Don't like the item you received? No problem! You are free to return for whatever reason you have (no questions asked), within 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For exchanges, please purchase your new item on our website, and we will refund the cost of your original item shortly after we've received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, kindly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping to us an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can't be responsible for it while in transit.
